Buyer pays shipping. I won't demand you spend more on postage than is necessary.  If you're buying several auction items, and want to combine orders to save on postage, that's fine. Shipping charges on my billing reflect my cost.  My goal is to keep your shipping costs down.  I will ship item the most practical way I can; either UPS, USPS,  Priority, Priority Flat Rate, Parcel Post, Standard Ground.  Heavy items sent via UPS, lightweight items via USPS.  Domestic & International OK.  If outside the USA, please inquire.  Postal rates will vary for heavier items.

EBAY HAS CHANGED THE RULES AGAIN! ebay now FORCES us to all use PayPal only AND forces us all to pay for insurance, no matter what.
PayPal demands we all pay for insurance & we must use SIGNATURE REQUIRED SHIPPING if over $250. Please raise hell with ebay about this!

Demand your freedom of choice! The Post Office has raised their rates, and instead of looking for saving members money, ebay now forces us to ship one of the most expensive ways possible. They demand Tracking, Insurance, and Signature confirmation if over $250. Each of these costs more & more money. The less expensive, by 50%, flat rate methods are not tracked Intl. - so paypal will not allow it and will invalidate all claims for loss if we do not use tracking & Signature confirmation.  I am truly sorry shipping has gotten so out of hand. It's not my fault, it is ebays for forcing us to use all the expensive add-ons for each & every sale.

Items purchased from me may be returned in original condition within 7 days of the sale with no questions asked.  The amount credited will be the price of the item itself, less eBay's insertion and commission charges for that item, and/or PayPal Fees for the item.  Return's shipping cost to be borne by buyer. *I am a WWII Jeeps parts supplier.  Anything else auctioned off or sold that is not a "jeep" part, is not my area of expertise.  You, the collector/end user of non jeep part items, are expected to have knowledge of these other items.   Antique License Plates are not jeep parts! - I sell them, but I am not an expert on them. I do my best to describe items accurately, but notice is hereby given that I am not an expert on them.  Consider any non jeep items sold to be like a garage sale - bargains to be found if you know what you are looking at.  Unlike a garage sale, I will take returns and issue a credit for any items (jeep or non-jeep) for up to 7 days after the sale date.     : )     In some rare cases a sale will be an "All Sales are final" kind of a sale.  This is not usually the case however. Any item sold as a "Final" sale will be marked as such. Otherwise the standard is as indicated above. In rare instances where the order is complex or is a large order and a return is made, there will be a restocking fee*. The restocking fee will be assessed as time spent restocking the items and processing the refund at standard prevailing hourly shop rates in So. Orange County, CA - currently at $65/hr. Start time/Stop time will be clocked and assessed in 1 minute increments. *I reserve the right to waive the restocking fee at my discretion when issuing credit slips.
